The damage pictured happened to a new vehicle. Some paint was splattered onto a bumper. The client attempted to remove the spots of paint with Goof Off and a terry cloth towel. You can clearly see on the before photo the damage that was done to the clear coat. Some of the scratches were so deep that I decided to carefully sand the entire damaged area to make sure that the deepest scratches were removed or hidden as much as possible. After sanding, compounding, polishing and then waxing over the damaged portion of the bumper, you can see, the results look like it never happened. If you have any type of incident with your vehicle, always feel free to email me photos, text me or call so we can take the proper course of action to make sure that no further damage is done to your vehicle. I have walked vehicle owners through issues before, over the phone and helped them fix problems on their own. In this situation/photos like we see here however, this situation was far beyond the realm of what the average vehicle owner can fix and definitely a job for a professional. Sometimes the best thing you can do when you have a problem like this is to just stop and call a professional to prevent more damage.
